Cancellation Policy
If you miss your scheduled appointment without providing adequate notice to reschedule or change time for appointments, the full amount of the booking will be charged to your account .Cancelling an appointment will still result in paying cancellation fee of $30. There is a $25 poodle and doodle fee that will apply to each appointment for a dog that is of poodle/doodle breeds .Matted dogs will be charged an additional fee that Varies depending on the condition of the coat. If your dog is severely matted , please don’t ask us to save any hair because we will not . All additional services must be booked with a bath service . We do not groom aggressive dogs . If your dog requires a muzzle or have health conditions that require additional time or special handling , there is a $50 handling fee that will be applied . When it comes to hair dye , we do not guarantee color under any circumstances. We do not accept pets that have existing parasites if discovered $25 feet
